Day 2: Negombo to Digana

After a light and energizing breakfast, embark on your journey to the cultural heart of Sri Lanka. Visit the Temple of the Tooth Relic in Kandy, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of the holiest Buddhist landmarks in the country. Here, you’ll learn about the temple’s historical and spiritual significance. Continue your drive to Rukgala Retreat in Digana, a secluded haven surrounded by nature. Relax and enjoy a wholesome dinner at the retreat, soaking in the peaceful atmosphere.

Day 3: Yoga & Meditation in Digana

Start your day with personalized yoga classes at Rukgala Retreat, tailored to meet your unique needs and preferences. Day 7: Galle / Departure

Enjoy your final breakfast at Niyagama House before some free time to reflect on your journey. When the time comes, you’ll be transferred to Bandaranaike International Airport for your departure flight, leaving with cherished memories of a rejuvenating wellness experience in Sri Lanka.
